Watercolor & Acrylics Gallery
Watercolor is magic. It's an infinitely changeable media, depending on the whim of the artist. Soft or hard edged. Whimsical or serious. Detailed or impressionistic. Tightly woven or free of spirit. Acrylics have much of these same freedoms, and I prefer working in acrylic rather than oil. It dries faster and is more "environmentally friendly" than oil. It's just as easy to work with brush or palette knife, but without all the strong chemicals.
